Closed farm with approx. 10 hectares of cultivated area and fantastic views in the Burggrafenamt
In Vöran, this enclosed farm in a prime location with a fantastic view is for sale.
The closed farm has around 10 hectares of cultivated land, of which around 6 hectares are planted and more than 3.5 hectares are new plantations. The apple orchards were only increased to just under 6 hectares in 2024; however, a small part of the wine-growing rights is also included.
Four years ago, a large water storage basin was built, which means we have a modern irrigation system that is not only time-saving but also environmentally friendly.
There are also several buildings: The large residential building covers approximately 500 m² net, with an additional building volume of 470m³ being possible; this corresponds to an additional living space of 558m².
A smaller residential building of approx. 150m² net, which is in need of minor renovation, is located right next door.
There is also a 900m² stable and barn, as well as a storage room and an old mill.
