Weisskirche Living in Obervintl St. Nicholas Way, Obervintl, Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol, Italy   1/a, 39030 Vintl, Italy

The new building project Weißkirche Living in Vintl combines modern living with the highest energy efficiency and sustainable construction. The residential complex is being built according to the KlimaHaus A Nature standard and offers excellent thermal insulation and a healthy indoor climate. The load-bearing structures are made of waterproof reinforced concrete, the masonry is made of high-quality brick with full thermal insulation. A wooden roof construction with optimal insulation ensures longevity.
The residential units have spacious, light-flooded rooms with triple-glazed wood-aluminum or PVC-aluminum windows and electric shutters. Underfloor heating with individual room control and a central district heating system ensure a high level of living comfort. A photovoltaic system reduces energy consumption.
High-quality sanitary facilities from Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe as well as stylish floor coverings made of ceramic or wood complete the concept. The electrical installation includes fiber optic connections and wall box preparation. Outdoor areas and soundproofing measures further increase living comfort.
