Residence Hilda - Niederdorf 39039 Niederdorf, Italy

Niederdorf town center: Welcome to the "Residence Hilda"

Welcome to Residence Hilda, a small and exclusive new-build project in the heart of Niederdorf in the Puster Valley. The modern residential complex consists of just seven high-quality apartments and combines contemporary living with an alpine lifestyle. Two apartments are restricted as primary residences, while five units are designated as second homes.

Niederdorf is not only known for its quiet, nature-oriented setting and high quality of life, but also as a place with a special connection to international tennis. Jannik Sinner, one of Italy’s most successful tennis players, regularly played on the tennis court in Niederdorf as a child and gained his first tennis experience there. His father is also from Niederdorf, which further connects the village with the success story of the South Tyrolean tennis star.

In a quiet yet central location, Residence Hilda is being created as a special retreat, characterized by clear architecture, high-quality materials, and a design thought through down to the last detail. This new-build project offers 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, which, thanks to large window areas and optimized floor plans, create a bright, friendly, and pleasant living atmosphere.
The combination of modern design, functional construction, and high-quality fittings ensures the highest level of living comfort and versatile uses – ideal as a primary residence, holiday apartment, or long-term real estate investment in South Tyrol.

The central location in Niederdorf offers an ideal combination of tranquility, nature, and easy accessibility. The nearby train station, the proximity to the Dolomites, as well as numerous leisure opportunities in the surrounding area make this new-build project particularly attractive for anyone who wishes to combine living in South Tyrol with quality of life, nature, and culture.

We look forward to your inquiry.
